After earning her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Oregon State University, Julie Williams held marketing director positions until she chose to follow in her mother’s footsteps and actively pursue real estate sales. She was able to weave her marketing expertise into her real estate business and create exceptional marketing for her listings. But her secret addiction has always been the thrill of the catch when she helps her buyers land their dream home.
After a short break to be at home while her children were young, Julie headed back down her career path and landed at Lee Davies door. Recognizing her dual talents, in 2008 Lee chose Julie to head the Marketing Department creating the Lee Davies Real Estate brand visuals, for the company and marketing for the properties it represented. Her responsibilities went on to include managing staff, recruiting, and overall company operations. In addition, she was charged with training and guiding the newer brokers at Eleete to ensure that they provide the same exemplary level of service required by all brokers at the company.
With a tremendously successful marketing plan in place and a company positioned for a bright future, Julie took the opportunity to focus her energies once again on real estate sales. She has the vision to see what a home could be, and how it can fit the needs of a buyer, to create that “welcome home” feeling. As a licensed Principal Broker Julie has the credentials, the knowledge, and the aesthetic talents to guide her clients to solid real estate decisions.
Julie is a 6th generation Oregonian and first person in her family to graduate from college. She lives with her husband Jeff, on Bull Mountain in Tigard where they raised their two sons, Bryce and Derek who went on to attend the University of Oregon and Oregon State University, respectively. Julie’s mom, June, lived with them for several years before moving to a retirement home nearby in Tigard. Julie is an artist at heart and enjoys painting murals and interior design as well as movies, snow skiing and spending time with her family and dog, Luna. Julie also enjoys volunteering in the community and is President of Gamma Phi Beta Portland Alumnae.
