Located in the southwest, just three and a half miles from downtown Portland, Hillsdale is a small enclave with a population of only 7,436. Designated a Main Street District in 2010 by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Hillsdale’s Town Center (SW Capitol Highway between SW Sunset Boulevard and SW Bertha Boulevard) is home to many shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee houses, as well as the Food Front Co-op and the only year-round Farmer’s Market in the Portland metro area.
