Our broker team business model is designed to provide our clients with two brokers who are intimately engaged in their transaction. Brokers select a co-broker based on who they feel is best qualified to help service the client and their specific needs.

Our trained licensed newer Brokers are available to act as your assistant and co-broker on each file. Ultimately, providing a team helps you land business and balance in your professional and personal life.
Co-Broker Opportunities for Senior Brokers
If you enjoy mentoring, you can be selected to guide our newer brokers through their client appointments and transactions as a consultant, while earning extra income.
Select a Senior Consulting Broker based on your client’s needs, to act as your mentor for each transaction and attend key appointments with you. This provides the best training and foundation of knowledge to help you confidently close transactions.
Co-Broker Opportunities for Newer Brokers
Shadow Senior Brokers on client appointments and assist with their transactions from beginning to end. Make some extra income and learn from the best while gaining marketing exposure on signs, flyers, postcards and open houses.
