I noted one closing we completed with Chris (a recent second home/condo purchase) but it doesn’t come close to the number of transactions Chris has managed in my extended family. We made the right decision to work with Jessica to sell our house, especially given that we did the entire transaction from out of state. We spoke with several realtors – Jessica was first on our list. We ended up going with her because she demonstrated the best working knowledge of our neighborhood and came prepared with up to date neighborhood comps. Jessica presented a clear, logical marketing plan and we agreed with her pricing strategy over others.
We were prepared to hunker down and possibly take 1 month or more to get a sale in this market. Needless to say, we were delighted to get an offer on the 4th day of the listing and it closed in 23 days.
