The Quintet was developed in 1992 by Mr. Arai, a Japanese Developer.  The landscaping was designed by award winning master landscape architect Hoichi Kurisu who has fashioned a modern-day Eden out of buds, flowers, water, wood and ornamental stone. The result is an exquisite tableau of color, movement, sound and texture. It has been said that lives are whole only when lived in concert with nature.  The Quintet offers you an opportunity to experience that sense of balance each and every day. There are 206 condo homes spread over the 17 acres in five, five story buildings that blend into the hillside surrounded by lush vegetation.
