ZOOM into the 12th Annual ELEETE RETREET
As we continued to pivot throughout 2020 our company retreat looked quite different. We didn’t pile into the ELEETE van, or drive to a beautiful meeting space where we could all be together away from the office or wrap up our one-day getaway with fun festivities and dinner with everyone together. Instead, we all turned our screens on and interacted the “new way” and had smaller breakout sessions over four days so it could be interactive AND it worked!
The program started with a look back at the year we had been through followed by presentations featuring a group of our agents who each shared the “One Thing” the led then to have a “Breakout Year”.
Lauren Sinha credited following a schedule and discipline for allowing her to grow her business 62% over the previous year. Committing to a weekly schedule while working from home during COVID-19 helped her stay focused and execute her business plan.
Brian Budke grew his business by 70%! It was an amazing year and amazingly ALL referral based! Brian discussed how he builds and keeps relationships, leading to referrals, repeat clients, and business from his sphere.
Rebecca Donaldson achieved a 138% increase year over year. How did she do it? As she says, “I just work!” She doesn’t let a zip code or even a town box her in. Rebecca goes wherever her clients need her and covers about the whole state!
Our breakout sessions included:
- Roundtable discussions on maximizing the value of the sign call or property inquiry
- A roll out of updated tools and services for 2021
- The new & improved ELEETE Commission Split Program
During the closing session, our top performer, Dirk Hmura, revealed where his 86 transactions came from in 2020 and how he has grown his business to this level. Where do all his leads come from?
- Past clients
- Referrals from friends
- Referrals from past clients
Out of the 106 listings resulting from these leads, 54 of them also bought homes!
Dirk makes sure he stays connected and ELEETE helps with tools and events for client retention.
- ELEETE’S Thanksgiving Pie Day
- Client Retention Events
- Holiday Gifts—Make it personal.
We wrapped up with Nike’s Corporate Historian, Nelson Farris, who shared with us both the history and the future of Nike. Nike’s current focus on direct consumer relationships and digital interaction supplied interesting parallels for how agents are working today.
Finally, we to a look forward, rolling out a new and innovative service. We are extremely excited to introduce…
