Brody Cannon grew up in Oregon, spending his elementary years in Eugene before moving to Beaverton at the age of 10. Having lived in Beaverton and SW Portland for nearly 20 years, he embodies a depth of knowledge and love for Portland. He brings this inside knowledge, as well as over $45M of experience helping clients buy and sell real estate, into every transaction; ensuring that his clients receive the best possible care and guidance every step of the way. Brody was awarded the “Best Newcomer” (highest sales volume of all new agents) and “Associate Co-Broker Champion” (most selected broker to assist with other transactions) for the 2019 year after completing his first full year in the industry. Rest assured that you’ll get 5-star service if you get the opportunity to work with Brody!
Brody enjoys working with home-buyers, and works around the clock to identify properties that suit his buyers’ wants and needs at a price they can afford. To facilitate this, Brody focuses on what his clients identify as their requirements in the first meeting and fine tunes those needs after seeing each property with them. Brody’s positive energy, excellent communication skills and ability to break down the market for his clients makes the search for a home easy and enjoyable. Once a new home has been identified, Brody leverages the resources at ELEETE and his own strategizing experiences to get the best price for his clients. On the home-selling side, Brody has an amazing track record due to his ability to carefully prepare a home and price it accurately for an impactful first impression when it goes live on the market. He gives his clients the guidance and resources that will net his sellers the best return on their investments. Regardless of which side of a transaction Brody is representing, he makes it his fiduciary duty to negotiate fairly and firmly on his clients’ behalf.
Nearing completion of graduating top of his class while double-majoring in Marketing and Advertising at Portland State University, Brody put school on hold to pursue a promising opportunity to manage a non-profit golf course benefiting underprivileged and disadvantaged children. His time there was short but impactful before being recruited to one of the most successful real estate teams in Portland, the Lee Davies Team, where he had the direct mentorship from some of the best agents in the industry.
In his free time, Brody loves to play sports, explore the outdoors, enjoy delicious food, and master new skills/ hobbies. Growing up an avid golfer (once a 2 handicap), his love for the game of golf transitioned seamlessly to disc golf, where he picked up international recognition and played semi-professionally for a couple years. Realizing he wouldn’t make a long-term sustainable living with disc golf, he stepped back from competitive play. Now, you may see Brody at the local golf or disc golf courses, hiking trails, restaurants, tennis courts, or a Portland Timbers soccer match.
