Caitlin Mitchell is 31 and living each day with the goal of redefining what it means to be a millennial. She bought her first condo when she was 26 and sold it in the height of the 2021 market. That transaction allowed her to at the same time get into contract on the Beaverton home she lives in today. Living there with her arborist partner, Wade and their two dogs, Rosie and Olive, they are raising the equity in the home one YouTube tutorial and home remodel project at a time. Wade takes care of the trees and the dogs make sure no one gets too busy to pet them.

Combining her bachelor’s degrees in Communication and Public Relations with a decade at the intersection of the business management and restaurant industry, Caitlin has a unique set of skills to ensure her clients have the best experience possible. Before coming to Eleete, Caitlin served as the Executive Assistant for ChefStable, helping the team partner with chefs to open and run their own concept.
