Born and raised in Portland, Elizabeth started her real estate career in 2002 selling new construction for local builder, Arbor Custom Homes. During those years, Elizabeth served a variety of clients including first time home buyers, established homeowners moving up to a bigger home, and empty nesters ready to downsize. She grew to appreciate that while every client is unique, the universal truth is that buying or selling a home can be stressful! Ever since, Elizabeth has made it her mission to guide clients through this process with as much professionalism and ease as possible.
Elizabeth and her husband settled in Lake Oswego in 2009. Elizabeth took a break from the demanding world of real estate while raising their two daughters and during those years got involved in her neighborhood HOA, Lake Grove PTA, and Lake Oswego Schools Foundation. It was also during this time that Elizabeth launched a successful personal training business that has allowed her to help dozens of active adults optimize their fitness to get more out of life!
Now returning to her real estate path, Elizabeth brings her obsession for delivering impactful results to each client, no matter how individual their needs. Elizabeth is devoted to making sure that each and every client receives her unwavering dedication and that their home sale or purchase is handled with care and attention to detail.
Many of the skills that make Elizabeth a great fitness coach are also what make her a great real estate agent. She is masterful at knowing when to lend a compassionate ear and when to be tough. She understands the importance of having a strategic plan while embracing flexibility when life throws you a curveball. Elizabeth is adaptable and ready to pivot at any time to serve the best interest of her clients. Above all, Elizabeth understands the importance of earning her clients’ trust and does so by demonstrating that she truly cares for their individual needs. As a result, she has built her business on consistent referrals from happy clients.
In her free time, Elizabeth can be found walking her two dogs, on the sidelines of her kids’ sports events or cooking in her kitchen. While they all love to travel, the Hills family loves calling the Pacific Northwest home, skiing in the winter, boating and golfing in the summer, taking in the local food scene and attending Portland Timbers and Thorns games!
