Real Estate with Grace means above and beyond service with a smile. My introduction to real estate began when my husband I were first married and hooked on This Old House. We bought and fixed up early 1900s homes and then sold them when we relocated for work or needed more space. We have lived in 6 states and those fixers helped us to build equity. We moved to Oregon in 2015 and I became a broker in 2018 after a great career in nonprofit fundraising.
My clients are the the best! I enjoy getting to know them well while working for them to sell and/or buy their home. When we moved here, our Realtor® made us feel so welcome as if we were his only clients. That is what I strive to be. The market here moves quickly, and I want my clients to know I am there for them so that they will be the first to see that new listing; or have a packed Open House when their listing goes live. I also love to use my experience with fixers to help clients find the homes with potential and to see what can be in each house. Every transaction is different, but my focus is always on getting to a successful close with the least stress and maximum return for my clients.
A little about me: I grew up on Keuka Lake in Upstate NY. My husband and I met in college and always dreamed of living in the Pacific Northwest. We jumped on the opportunity when it came in 2015. We truly love living in Lake Oswego, Oregon – – A beautiful place with easy access to all the things we desire: great schools, skiing, trail running, boating, beach walks, fantastic restaurants and shops, and much more. We have four children and our oldest says it best, “Why didn’t we move here sooner?”
If you are considering a move, I would love to help you!
