Kendall has been a real estate Broker in Oregon since 1988 and a Principal Broker since 1991. Specializing in Portland’s luxury market—especially in the Northwest and Southwest Hills of Portland and Beaverton, the Pearl District, and Lake Oswego — Kendall has honed her skill set by obtaining certification as an International Relocation Specialist and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She is consistently recognized as one of Oregon’s top selling real estate brokers and her contributions to the industry are widely recognized. Along with her husband and three children, Kendall lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Before beginning her real estate career, she graduated from Beaverton High School (1981) and then from UCLA (where she played on the women’s soccer team) in 1985. Kendall was also a professional snowboarder from 1992-1994 and she has a deep passion for the Oregon wine industry.

Kendall is a lightning fast communicator, honest, trustworthy, market-precise, and always up to speed on value and projected ROI. My spouse and I worked with Kendall for over a year (through Covid-19), though the market was sparse, we persisted and Kendall stayed the course. We were buying from the east coast and needed someone to exercise all five senses for us. That is a great deal of responsibility and Kendall bore this task with complete and utter GRACE. The FIRST home that we proceeded with showed major red flags and Kendall was quick to signal caution and counsel us- even though it is not what we wanted to hear and cost her a sale.
