Michele started with Eleete Real Estate in the fall of 2014 immediately after earning her Real Estate License. Her previous experience as Customer Service Manager with a national wholesale lender allowed Michele to move into Real Estate with confidence and ability to take part in 30 transactions her first year. With a drive for excellent service, Michele expertly guides her clients in buying and listing their homes throughout the Metro area. Her designation as an Earth Advantage Broker and ADU Specialist serves her personal desire to provide sustainable, healthy homes to first time home buyers to experienced investors alike.

Michele is highly involved in the community as a board member of her neighborhood association in Sylvan Highlands promoting community involvement. She routinely volunteers at Chapman Elementary in NW Portland where her sons attend school, and supports their interests in sports. When Michele isn’t supporting her clients’ real estate goals, she enjoys running (especially Hood To Coast), making jewelry, cooking and exploring Oregon’s beauty while camping with her friends and family.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Michele and my experience working with her. Michele wowed from day 1 – she put together a detailed spreadsheet on how we should price my home, and it was higher than I had originally thought, but trusted her amazing research so went with it. I was midway through several projects to get the home in tip-top shape when we hired her, and I had a tight timeline to get the house on the market. Michele knew exactly where to help – she called contractors, called in favors and got quotes on work so I could make immediate decisions and keep the timeline in place. I would never have made it without her… She took the pain out of the process and allowed me to focus getting my parts done. She showed up on time, every time she agreed to meet, and in an amazing mood. She was always paying attention to other houses which would be my competition, viewing them and coming up with ways to make our home pop. Michele stayed very involved in the entire process, was highly communicative, and eased any concerns we had every time. Again, I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! In the end, the synergy of my love for my house and Michele’s hard work – we got 4 offers over our listing price. When comparing to my neighbors that sold after me… none had the same level of service, and their sale prices were lower than mine. I really think Michele was my lucky charm and ace in the hole. We will absolutely use her services again – and my only complaint is that I won’t buy and sell enough to use her services regularly. What a gem – you would be so lucky to have her on your side!
