I noted one closing we completed with Chris (a recent second home/condo purchase) but it doesn’t come close to the number of transactions Chris has managed in my extended family. Seriously, parents (several), brother, brother in law, father in law (several, several), mother in law, friends, etc. We call Chris for everything.
