We contacted Laurie off of the Zillow / Redfin ad to see a random house. We started our journey and ended up buying a new house and selling our old with the help of Laurie. Laurie knows an incredible amount about the process from understanding & helping figure out the inspection report & what repairs needed to making your place the best it can be to sell well. Laurie did so much more than any realtors we had in the past. Laurie not only helps with the legal aspects of home buying / selling but also the stressful process of getting quotes / estimates to help determine repairs needed to get you in or out of your home. Also, she was amazing with our 5 year old when we were trying to look at homes and making sure we had time to fully check out the house without worrying about her. Highly recommend Laurie.
