My husband and I met Michelle at an open house. We gave her our contact and she reached out to us a few weeks later to invite us to a first time home buyer event that she was hosting. I really liked the fact that Michelle was so proactive to reach out to my husband and I to invite us to an  informative session. I remember during our home search process, we saw a house that we really liked and Michelle was so kind to actually present our offer in person to the seller. Michelle listened to our needs and our small price point, she did not pressure as at all to spend more than we initially planned to spend. The amazing part is that Michelle enabled us to actually purchase a home at a lower than market price point because of her great negotiation skills.
