Grace is a pleasure to work with. She made the selling process incredibly transparent by communicating with us often and as necessary which we believe made the entire situation easier for our family. There were a number of instances during our time with her that she made adjustments and took notes for future reference that I’m not sure others would or could have done as well as she did. It’s all about the customer (us) with her, and I’m sure she has many but we would never know, because she made us feel like the only ones. We’re looking forward to continuing our relationship with Grace and working with her again.
