My very dear friends in the Seattle area told me about Jason Cassell when I expressed an interest in buying a home in the Portland area.

They simply said that Jason was “The Guy” to talk to. Turns out they were absolutely correct and I have since thanked them for the wise referral.

I am a retired Park Ranger and had a specific price range with a slightly less specific area of interest. Jason had given me much more of his time than I am used to and he was able to answer my million or so questions. What’s more is that Jason always kept in mind my objective and focus while advising me of the many options. Jason had even gone to the home I was interested in on a number of occasions for me as I was unable to at the time.  He is an upbeat person who’s optimism is contagious. I was thrilled to get my home and the entire process was easy, swift and even kinda fun. What I value most is Jason’s knowledge of the area and his advice has proven to be helpful.
