Today is the first anniversary of when our house went ‘sale pending’ . I have replayed the sequence several times from when we first saw the listing, getting our offer accepted, the inspection process, and our closing – you were there for us every step of the way full of enthusiasm, yet always professional. When the house was listed, you immediately got our showing appointment scheduled and wrote the offer in spite of your personal commitments on a late Friday night. I also remember how you insisted on a sewer scope which ended up being a huge deal, because it failed and the whole driveway had to be “blown up” to fix the sewer line…Needless to say, we were very fortunate to work with you. You went above and beyond!
