Our Team Approach

Our team approach is what sets us apart from all other real estate firms in the Portland metro area. After an initial consultation, our executive team will personally select a broker team that best suits your needs and desires such as location, home-type, price point, and more. By working in tandem with one another and adhering to a uniform set of companywide standards and protocols, our broker teams can ensure there is always someone available to answer your questions, consistently providing expert advice, and cutting-edge customer service.

What happens if you find the house of your dreams but your broker is out of town and unavailable to show you the home? At ELEETE, that is not a problem. Your co-broker will be more than happy to take you to the home and answer any questions you may have. These agent teams, combined with a full corporate staff, provide the most support possible as you look to buy or sell your home.

Meet The Eleete Team

Our History

Opened in 2007, ELEETE Real Estate (previously known as Lee Davies Real Estate) has emerged as an industry leader in residential real estate. Founder and owner Lee Davies started his career in real estate in 1986 working with various brokerages in the Portland area, excelling to become one of the top brokers at each firm. While his successes were rewarding, it was clear to Lee that his 20 years of experience and systems could help him craft a winning strategy – one that he could build a company on – a place where the clients come before the brokers.

In 2007, Lee acquired the landmark Cowles Building, a beautiful mid-century Northwest modern located in West Portland across from St. Vincent medical center. After a complete renovation, the beautifully designed building provides terrific visibility and is situated ideally, close to city center and just off Highway 26 and 217. In 2016, ELEETE completed a complete lower-level renovation, not only adding more desks, but a state of the art “lounge” for clients and brokers to utilize for events and meetings.

Today, Lee personally oversees day-to-day operations at our beautiful Westside office, and a team of brokers and support staff all dedicated to Lee’s vision and systems, ensuring that ELEETE Real Estate clients are not only the most satisfied, but among the most well-informed in the industry.
