INITIAL HOME CONSULTATION
We’d like to get to know you, and learn about your real estate goals and expectations. We’ll share our backgrounds, our real estate experience, and how we work. Finally, we will walk through your property, collecting key data necessary to prepare your price report.

PRICE REPORT MEETING
We compare your home to other homes in our “Direct Home to Home” – appraisal format. We will generate 3 independent reports to compare your home to the active, pending, and sold markets and market absorption rate for homes in your marketplace.

COMMITMENT & EXECUTION
Once we have your trust and verbal commitment to our partnership and process, we’ll need your signature on the RMLS Listing Paperwork to formalize it. This represents our official engagement and initiates the home selling process and variety of services and support provided by the Eleete Real Estate team.

First impressions are critical when positioning your home for sale, that’s why we believe preparation, obtaining bids, scheduling work, staging, and some cosmetic touch-ups are the key to the successful sale of your home.
