Reviving Property Caravans

Broker tours, property tours, Tuesday open houses, and property caravans are all terms you may have heard to describe the weekly rounds agents can make to stay on top of local inventory. However, despite there being twice as many licensed agents as there were in 1990, attendance is now just 25% of what it was then. This is due to brokers using just the Internet to browse homes, just like buyers.

At ELEETE Real Estate, we believe that the fundamental discipline of seeing as many homes as possible is crucial to every broker’s inventory knowledge, as online photos can be tremendously deceiving and never tell the whole story. We feel that the limousine bus has doubled office participation, been well-received by homeowners, and our competitors are excited when they see a large representation of our office show up at their open house.  The van has been excellent for building camaraderie, opportunities for group discussion on listings viewed, and neighborhood education for newer brokers.

This limousine bus is, of course, adding to our corporate fleet of two existing 17-foot moving trucks that are available to clients before, during, and after a transaction with ELEETE Real Estate.
