Cynthia began her career in real estate after moving to the Portland area in 2002 from her hometown of Kansas City, Kansas. Inspired by personal relocations, she wanted to help buyers and sellers alike with the process and loves getting to meet and interact with all kinds of people.

In 2008, Cynthia joined forces with her good friend Kelly Calabria and together strive to provide unprecedented service and knowledge to their clients. Both full time Realtors, they believe that their team sales strategy is instrumental in their success.

Cynthia is proud of Portland’s natural beauty and loves to show it off. She embraces all of Portland’s weirdness, respect for the environment, the food scene and the abundance of outdoor activity. You can’t find that just anywhere!

When not working, you can find Cynthia spending time with friends, husband, and three children. She enjoys golfing, snow skiing, exercising, and experiencing all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

The one thing that we found particularly helpful was whenever we emailed Kelly/Cynthia a list of prospective homes we’d want to go look at, they would take the time to research each property and alert us to any concerning factors, like a busy road… or the one house had found structural issues so the sale had fallen through. Yikes.

They also seem to have a very good relationship with all the agents in the area, so I feel that helped with getting the inside scoop on certain things and also with negotiations

-They pay close attention (even to off hand comments) and go out of their way to obtain information and answers. Their responsiveness and follow-up is exceptional!

-Cynthia and Kelly navigated the new virus-related showing and inspection restrictions without pause. The calm and professional way they addressed the new requirements, in the industry as well as in individual homes, was perfect. They helped daunting times feel surmountable.

-They wrote three separate offers for us (the first was a backup, the second seller took the home off the market and the third was a winner). Each time they listened to our intention and provided constructive feedback and ideas.

-The repairs request was skillfully negotiated and showed knowledge above and beyond (it was part repair, part price reduction and part closing credit).

-Last, as I’m sure you know, Cynthia and Kelly are really great people and are just a pleasure to spend time with. Chris and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I’m going to miss the frequent chats!

We are completely satisfied and happy with the home and the whole process. Cynthia and Kelly both understood our needs and connected very well with us. They also managed well some challenges with the seller’s realtor without letting those setbacks disrupt the process.

They also suggested contractors and setup multiple appointments for us to have a chance to assess a couple of projects for the house. I would recommend them anytime. Although, I wish to stay in this home for a long time, if we ever need to move again I know we can count on you and your team.
