Our experience working with Kristen cannot accurately be described in words: a few adjectives that come to mind are stellar, excellent, efficient, understanding, knowledgable, outstanding. Initially, Kristen met with us, got to know us (in order to know what we want), and then went on the search. This kind of client-service is simply not found that often anymore, and we can’t recommend her enough – she is EXCELLENT!
