We’ve known Lynda since 2021 when she represent us on the purchase of our first home. She made the purchase of that home super smooth and so we knew when we were ready to sell, we would absolutely choose to list with her as well.

If you’re looking for a hands-on partner, she’s definitely your gal. We are moving to Bend and have been back and forth a ton during the sale and closing of our home and she went over and above to help us sell our home. Everything from bringing over the perfect white towels for our photo shoot, picking up extra outdoor plants from Home Depot to make our back deck and front door pretty during the rainy showing day to managing the photo shoot and having fresh flowers for the open house.

In addition, we had a pretty bumpy road selling…we ended up having buyers from our first sale pull out for unknown reasons and she was able to get the listing back up the same day they pulled out and we had multiple offers within 48 hours which allowed us to avoid having to do a second open house. We did have several repairs we needed to complete and she has a ton of connections with plumbers, gutter cleaners, HVAC companies, you name it…she was able to help us find the right people to repairs done quickly and cost efficiently.
