Grace Wadell has been a great realtor for us. She understood our wants for a new condo/townhouse and always contacted us through the process, telling us about new properties. She was honest with her impressions and asked for our feedback. She was also patient. When we found a place we wanted to put an offer on, she was enthusiastic and kept us informed.
