I listed my home with Lee after a disappointing effort with another agency. Lee and his team did an EXTENSIVE review of activity in the area that now only included current listings but what had actually sold recently. Then Lee performed a comparison of my home with others and gave a detailed evaluation of the selling price of my home. The team (Megan Westphal and Lee) then made recommendations on what should be done to the house to raise it’s appeal (painting , yard work, etc.) Megan took on the role of project manager and coordinated the contractors to get the job done. She is incredibly impressive, responsive and professional. Lee and his team take on the sale of your home as a PROJECT– not just a short term transaction. We closed on the sale this week. I could not be more impressed and I would only work with the Lee and the ELEETE team in the future.
