First of all, Nathan found us a house that was a little out of our search parameters, but it ended up being amazingly perfect. Next, was selling our old house. He gave us good advice on how to prepare, and then jumped into action and went above and beyond what we expected. For both transactions, he coordinated so many aspects of inspections, repairs and made many trips to meet vendors and hold open house’s.
