Our experience working with Kristen cannot accurately be described in words: a few adjectives that come to mind are stellar, excellent, efficient, understanding, knowledgable, outstanding. Initially, Kristen met with us, got to know us (in order to know what we want), and then went on the search. The first property we expressed interest in, Kristen herself went to look at it, and immediately told us it was not a good fit for us, and she was 100% correct. She then found the properties that we eventually ended up buying, and they are both gems. Was it luck, or was it Kristen’s innate ability to understand her client’s needs? Definitely the latter… Having worked with other real estate agents in the past, we can definitely compare, and confirm that Kristen is the best we have ever worked with. A good example is the following: when Kristen sends clients potential listings, she doesn’t just put parameters into RMLS and let the software spit every listing into your inbox. Instead, Kristen combs through the listings, picks the ones SHE feels are a good fit, and then sends them to your inbox. This kind of client-service is simply not found that often anymore, and we can’t recommend her enough – she is EXCELLENT!
Victoria was a great help in selling our home that we had lived in for 23 years. She guided us through the process with her expertise and professionalism. I noted one closing we completed with Chris (a recent second home/condo purchase) but it doesn’t come close to the number of transactions Chris has managed in my extended family. Seriously, parents (several), brother, brother in law, father in law (several, several), mother in law, friends, etc. We call Chris for everything. He’s knowledgeable, knows Portland metro better than anyone I know, and has an amazing group of inspectors, lenders, and closing officers that he can connect you with. Chris is honest, down to earth, and so enjoyable. You’ll love working with him – he makes it all so easy to navigate!
We made the right decision to work with Jessica to sell our house, especially given that we did the entire transaction from out of state. We spoke with several realtors – Jessica was first on our list. We ended up going with her because she demonstrated the best working knowledge of our neighborhood and came prepared with up to date neighborhood comps. Jessica presented a clear, logical marketing plan and we agreed with her pricing strategy over others.
We were prepared to hunker down and possibly take 1 month or more to get a sale in this market. Needless to say, we were delighted to get an offer on the 4th day of the listing and it closed in 23 days. Yes, the house was in overall great shape, plus, we listened to Jessica and spent money to fix things up and stage it. Money well spent. Jessica was easy to work with and flexible which was enormously helpful given we weren’t there. A lot of details we needed her to handle as our ‘boots on the ground’. We can wholeheartedly recommend Jessica and would use her again if that ever presents itself in the future.
Jessica is simply the best! I have owned homes previously but being widowed and starting this process by myself initially was daunting. I cannot express how fortunate we are to have Jessica in our lives.
