2023 Business Builder Competition Inspires Again

We were fortunate to have Lee lead the Annual Business Builder Training and Competition. Participants included both long time and new to ELEETE agents and ranged from new licensees to experienced agents. Over two days, Lee covered topics and strategies to help agents build their real estate business plans. To make the training more effective, there were small breakout sessions, where Lee worked with each team to help them develop both short- and long-term winning business dynamic. On the final day, the four teams presented their plans to the entire company. It was exciting to see the unique ideas that each team came up with, and it was impressive to see the thoughtfulness and creativity they showed.

The agents that attended left with new insights and strategies they can apply to their businesses, and we are excited to see how they will use these tools to grow and succeed in the real estate industry.
