Pat Bangerter Starts Team after 35 years as Solo Agent
After nearly four decades of incredible individual success in Lake Oswego and West Linn, Pat Bangerter says it’s time to grow and build her succession plan at the same time.
Like all experienced, successful Realtors who have operated independently for decades, it is tough to let go. After all, we are passionate about customer service and our knowledge is dedicated to protecting and representing our clients … “no one cares like we do.” We covet our clients. But all great things can progress to the next level if you can find the right business partners.
Pat is proud to announce The Bangerter Group – Tiffany Bangerter Walsh, Katie Bangerter Chrisman, and, of course, Pat the leader. This new team may sound like a fun family affair, but Pat will be the first to tell you that her daughters have always been and will always be overachievers, who are beyond excited to continue Pat’s legacy.
Tiffany is the connector with people, she is strong and confident, which led to her amazing success as a Realtor at Barbara Sue Seal Properties and The Hasson Company. During her previous tenure as a realtor, she was a Diamond Member of the Million Dollar Club. She, like Pat, researches to get things right and knows the importance of “home.” Tiffany just recently reactivated her license and is already bringing in business to the team.
Katies’ professional background is in the medical industry, working in sales and training roles. Her focus was most recently on oncology, working with chemotherapy and other targeted therapies. She had a true understanding of the importance of product knowledge and how crucial it was for her to be an expert for the doctors and the nurses to rely upon. Katie thrives when she is passionate about her work and that same expert mindset is what she plans to bring to the team. Katie is eager to take on new challenges, roll up her sleeves and bring energy and creativity to her environment. Community and Family are immensely important, and her empathetic nature brings a warm perspective to those around her. Katie currently is working on the marketing and service side of the team and plans to get her license in 2024.
The Bangerter Group is unique in that each of the ladies reside and have raised their families in Lake Oswego. Pat and Tiffany call First Addition home, and Katie lives on the Lake.
