The Ultimate Pro, Sherry Francis Joins ELEETE
It is a great pleasure to announce that I have been reunited with one of the best agents I know and one of my favorite colleagues in my early years in real estate.
Sherry and I met around 1990 at Barbara Sue Seal Properties where we both worked our tails off selling between 8-14 million dollars of real estate a year, at $150K to $200K per home. Fast forward to 1996, when I moved to the Hasson Company to open and manage the Peterkort office. I was able to recruit Sherry and she quickly became one of the top agents in the city and regularly one of the top five producers at the Hasson Company while building a small highly respected team. Around that time, Sherry inspired me to go to a Howard Brinton Conference in Washington D.C. and that three-day event helped propel my career to record heights as it inspired me to form the Lee Davies Team and to bring on three associates you may have heard of . . . Bob Harrington, Lori Passadore, and Dirk Hmura.
Prior to my opening Lee Davies Real Estate, Sherry, Craig Reger, and I sat in Sherry’s backyard and discussed forming our own company. However, our visions were all a bit different as to how to achieve our goals and we each went our separate ways. Fifteen years later we have finally reunited, and I can assure all of you that Sherry’s positive energy is infectious, and her experience is boundless. Over the past five years, Sherry has closed on average $15 million per year and she is excited be a part of an “old school” office culture where we all go to work, collaborate, and benefit from the synergies of humor, problem solving, cheering each other on, and a little bit of friendly competition.
Sherry has joined our Barnes office and her newfound family.
